This Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy governs subscription payments for growig.ai, operated by JUN LMM LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By subscribing to growig.ai, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
growig.ai offers subscription-based access to its software platform on either a monthly or annual billing cycle, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
New users may be eligible for a 72-hour free trial. The purpose of the free trial is to allow users to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the 72-hour trial period, the selected payment method will be automatically charged and the subscription will begin.
Once a subscription has been charged following the trial period or any renewal, all payments are final and non-refundable. Because growig.ai provides immediate access to digital software, analytics tools, and platform functionality, we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for any unused portion of the subscription period, except where required by law.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting contact@growig.ai. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to prevent automatic renewal.
After cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. During this time, the user will continue to have full access to the Service. No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle ends.
Canceling a subscription does not retroactively cancel or refund charges that have already been processed.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Service until the issue is resolved.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, billing terms, or this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles and will not affect charges that have already been processed.
