These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the growig.ai platform and services (the “Service”), operated by JUN LMM LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, 9786, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. By accessing or using growig.ai, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
growig.ai provides an artificial intelligence-powered engagement and analytics platform designed to help users analyze audience data, improve targeting strategies, and optimize organic social media growth. The Service may include AI-powered analytics tools, audience analysis and engagement insights, growth optimization tools, and performance monitoring and reporting. growig.ai provides software tools and analytics only. growig.ai does not guarantee specific follower counts, specific engagement levels, revenue or business results, or platform algorithm outcomes. Results vary based on user activity, content quality, third-party platform policies, and external factors beyond our control.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, that your use complies with applicable laws, and that your use complies with third-party platform terms, including Instagram, Meta, or other platforms.
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain account security, not share access credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscription, Billing, and Payment
growig.ai operates on a subscription basis. Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. growig.ai may offer a 72-hour free trial. After the trial period ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless canceled before the trial ends. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method and agree to maintain valid payment information. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. You are responsible for any applicable taxes required by your jurisdiction. JUN LMM LLC operates from Wyoming, United States.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle ends, and access continues until the billing period expires. Canceling does not retroactively refund prior charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Because growig.ai provides immediate access to digital software services, refunds are generally not provided. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws or regulations, violate third-party platform terms of service, engage in fraud or illegal activities, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, distribute harmful code, reverse engineer the Service, or use the Service in a way that harms growig.ai or its users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Service Availability
growig.ai strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify the Service, add or remove features, perform maintenance, or improve functionality without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All software, technology, and content provided by growig.ai remain the exclusive property of JUN LMM LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUN LMM LLC shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous three months.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding performance outcomes, platform compatibility, or continuous availability. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming, United States.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
